We’re a staff of designers, educators, administrators, outreach specialists, storytellers and lovers of Richmond. We’re 200+ volunteers from all walks of life joined together by one thing – a passion to inspire equitable community-driven design in the built environment. We’re a Board of Directors built of industry thought leaders advocates for shaping our city by community voice, equitable design, and collaborative partnerships.
